Using Microsoft’s Surface Hub, we launched the Wish Machine across all physical stores worldwide to create a consumer-facing experience that never existed before. Customers were asked to record their wishes and tell Microsoft how they hoped to empower others in their community.
Microsoft Stores received thousands of wishes, were inspired by hundreds, and made 106 come true.

This interactive experience acts like a guided tour through a series of stories that show Cortana’s relevance in office, home, and on the go scenarios. After each decision made, “Ask Cortana” prompts pop up for the consumer to choose and see where they’ll go next in the story.
The experience showcases Cortana’s simple, practical life-improvement benefits that help you achieve more by doing less.

Kikkoman's K Mag for home cooks was an opportunity to design unique quarterly brochures with original photography that focused on specific cooking techniques, recipes, and tips for the latest culinary trends.
For the month around Small Business Week, we asked customers to bring in their business idea to the Microsoft Store for a chance to win $20,000 and business advice from Kevin Harrington, an original shark from Shark Tank.
Microsoft then chose five finalists at the end of the month, and flew the finalists to Miami where they could pitch to win the grand prize.
